The hotel had definitely seen better days, with extremely small and dirty rooms that were uncomfortably warm due to non-stop radiator blasting. The service was friendly and helpful, even though there was an issue with finding my reservation initially. The location, although convenient for metro access, seemed dangerous at night due to gangs and robbers. The dining experience left much to be desired with limited options, and the pricing did not quite match the quality. Not ideal for the price point.

Although there was an initial hiccup with finding my reservation, which I made an hour earlier, the staff went out of their way to be helpful and kind. Swapping for a twin room was fair for two people, and despite some noise from the kitchen, the service was commendable.
